Inner Warrior Fitness

Build strength and balance with resistance training, martial arts inspired movement, calisthenics, and a final cool down of 15 minutes of Slow Flow Yoga. This session designed for all levels, so the challenge meets you where you are with modifications and plenty of space to listen to your body.

DEEP STRETCH

Begin with dynamic and warming movement to get your energy flowing, your muscles relaxed and your nervous system reset. From this point of peace, explore deeper stretches with specific peak poses that you build towards in the beginning. Then take your time, unwinding adn stretching differrent areas so you leave feeling refreshed and moving more freely.

Spiral Vinyasa

Experience and express unwinding, dance-like continuous flow, perfect for “unsticking” the fascia, releasing stress, and resetting the nervous system. Just enough movement to count as cardio, while being stress free and all about fun, and letting go.
